“I saw Rachel for anxiety and depression. She was empathetic and warm, and helped me recognize negative thought and behavior patterns and develop strategies to combat them. During my time with her she also helped me with communication problems I was having with my husband, and a diagnosis of infertility. I am in a much better place now mentally, and I have Rachel to thank for helping guide me there. I would recommend Rachel to anyone who is struggling.”
"I have been seeing Rachel for almost four years. Being bi-polar, having anxiety, and major depression has exasperated so many small crisises as well as the major ones.
Rachel, with her understanding of mental illness, has been able to help me face my problems and work through my anxiety and depression. She has the patience to listen, the kindness not to judge, and the foresight to suggest alternative ideas, thoughts, and actions. All of this comes from truly caring about her clients and the desire to help them better themselves.
I recommend Rachel to anyone who seeks this in a counselor. Rachel is the counselor for me and I hope she is the one for you!"
"Rachel is the reason I have hope for my life. My time spent with her has been absolutely priceless. She encourages me to be my fullest self, flaws and all. Instead of always telling me what to do in the way a parent, coach, or teacher would, she empowers me by asking questions on what my thoughts or feelings are on a situation, giving me the power over my own life. Not only would I consider her a life saver, but even better; she’s a life enhancer. "
